Planify facilitates the smooth execution of the transaction. If, in case, Planify is not able to provide or supply the requisite agreed inventory, it will return the transaction amount to the same account through which the funds are received.
Investors declare and confirm that the payment for buying of unlisted shares is coming from the bank of the person to whom Planify is transferring shares. Investors declare to face any legal consequences arising out of this non-compliance. Planify always ensures that they do not transfer shares in third-party accounts.
Investors declare & confirm to comply with all laws & regulations set up by SEBI, RBI, FEMA Act, Companies Act 2013, or any Indian relevant acts or laws with regard to buying unlisted shares in India. In the event of any violation of any law, investors will be held responsible for any legal consequences.
