Anglo-French to buy back shares at a price of Rs. 3100 per share

The board of directors has given its approval for a buyback plan of fully paid-up equity shares of the company, having a face value of Rs 10. The buyback will not exceed 58,118 equity shares, and the repurchase price will be Rs. 3100 per share. The buyback will be carried out on a proportionate basis through a tender offer process.
