API Holdings Limited Rights Issue opens on 21 September 2022

API HOLDINGS LIMITED issues 1:82 rights issue of up to Rs. 7,50,00,000 Crores compulsorily convertible preference shares ("CCPS") each at a price of INR 100 (including a premium of INR 99) per CCPS on a rights basis to the holders of the equity shares of the company with a face value of INR 1 each. 

The issue shall remain open from 21st September 2022 and closes on October 20, 2022.
