For Commuter Convenience, APSRTC Partners With ixigo - AbhiBus To Implement Unified Ticketing Solution UTS

Ixigo has signed a master service agreement with Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation ("APSRTC") to set up, build, install, and manage a "Unified Ticketing Solution" (UTS) on APSRTC's Cloud Platform under its AbhiBus brand. For improved commuter convenience, the integrated ticket booking system would help APSRTC unify all elements of ticketing, reservation, monitoring, and complaints regarding its intra-city and inter-city buses under one umbrella. The new 'Unified Ticketing Solution' (UTS) will incorporate unified cashless payments, advanced online ticket buying, online bus passes, online courier and package booking, real-time bus tracking and passenger information, and a central command station.
