​DALMIA BHARAT REFRACTORIES LIMITED has issued notice  to conduct the second Extra-ordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) for the FY24 to be held on Friday, August 25, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at the registered office of the Company situated at Dalmiapuram, P.O. Kallakudi, District Tiruchirappalli- 621 651.

The board will to transact on following special businesses:

1. To consider and approve the increase in authorized share capital of the Company from existing ₹ 50 Cr. divided into 5 Cr equity shares to ₹ 200 Cr. divided into 20 Cr. equity shares.
2. To consider and approve the amendment in the object clause of the memorandum of association (MOA) of the Company to thereby become a business " providing advisory and  
   management services of all kind and in all fields and matters or to act as a service provider or organization or bureau for providing advisory services including but not limited to assisting in decision making, commencement or expansion of any business"
