Increase in Authorized share capital in Maharaja Shree Umaid Mills Limited

Maharaja Shree Umaid Mills Limited has issued a notice regarding an increase in the number of authorized shares by 2 crore shares at a face value of Rs 10 each. This was done in order to meet the funding needs of the Company for its Textile Business and other related requirements.
