Orbis Board of Directors has decided to increase the subscribed and paid up&nbsp;capital of the Company by way of issuance of 55,46,771 (Fifty five lakh forty six thousand seven&nbsp;hundred and seventy one) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- per share at apremium of Rs. 30.50&nbsp; on right basis in the ratio of 01 Equity Share&nbsp;for every 16 Equity Shares held (any fractional entitlements shall be rounded to the nearest integer) to&nbsp;existing equity shareholders of the Company as on record date i.e. January 28, 2022.

Directors of Orbis Financial Corporation Ltd have decided to increase the subscribed and paid-up capital of the Company by way of issuance.
