Increase in issued Capital of Orbis Financial Corporation Ltd

​Orbis Board of Directors has decided to increase the subscribed and paid up capital of the Company by way of issuance of 55,46,771 (Fifty five lakh forty six thousand seven hundred and seventy one) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- per share at a

premium of Rs. 30.50  on right basis in the ratio of 01 Equity Share for every 16 Equity Shares held (any fractional entitlements shall be rounded to the nearest integer) to existing equity shareholders of the Company as on record date i.e. January 28, 2022.
