The company issued a notice of the 68th Annual General Meeting of INDIAN POTASH LIMITED ("the Company") to be held on Saturday, the 22nd of July, 2023 at 12.00 Noon through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means

(VC/OAVM). 

The board will also consider the declaration of a Final Dividend of Rs.7/- (70%) per share face value Rs. 10/- each for the FY23. The record date for the dividend will be on 07th July 2023.
