The issuance of equity share on prefential basis

 The members of the company be and is hereby accorded to offer and issue117,925,000 [Eleven Crores, Seventy Nine Lakhs and Twenty Five Thousand only] equity shares of INR 10 (Rupees Ten) each at a premium of INR 37.70 (Rupees Thirty Seven and Seventy Paisa) per equity share by way of preferential allotment on private placement basis to AB Inbev Asia B.V.
