Kurlon Limited's shareholders voted to increase the borrowing limit.

The board had previously accepted the request to borrow money up to Rs. 300,00,000/- (Rupees Three Hundred Crores Only) in addition to the money already borrowed, taking into account the projected development in business activities based on the evaluation made at the time. The limit was subsequently authorized by the company's shareholders.
