1. Bira is increasing the Authorized Share Capital and doing amendments in the Memorandum of Association.
2. Bira is also issuing 1281338SeriesD Compulsorily Convertible Cumulative Preference Shares (CCCPS) to BTB Marketing Private Limited, which runs a Beer Cafe
