To convey that the Nayara Energy board will conduct an EGM to conduct Special businesses of

1. Appointment of Mr. Alessandro des Dorides as 'Chief Executive Officer' of the Company and approval of his remuneration.

2. Appointment of Mr. Prasad K. Panicker as 'Executive Chairman' of the Company and approval of his remuneration. 

3. Taking over the responsibilities of 'Manager' by Mr. Prasad K. Panicker.
