Outcome of Adtech Systems ltd Board Meeting

Adtech Systems Ltd held its Board meeting on Monday 30 January 2023. The outcome of the meeting pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015,  the Board approved the proposal for listing the equity shares of the Company on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE Ltd)
