Paralympian Deepa Malik was digitally invited by OYO Rooms founder and group CEO Ritesh Agarwal to a recent committee meeting, and it was a fruitful discussion. To advance in life, she advised accepting change and putting an emphasis on adaptation through situational awareness. In the two-minute video that Agarwal posted, she is heard saying, "The more you prepare yourself and enhance the scenario around, the sooner you get to adapt."
