Proposed Public Issue of Equity Shares of Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Limited

The Exchange has reviewed the Company's application and has decided to allow it to use the Exchange's name in its offer document. The Company has received In-Principle approval for the proposed public offering of its equity shares at the Exchange, subject to the condition that, as per a Bank email dated May 25, 2022, the issue will be opened after the conclusion of all pending AGM's, which will be held on June 06, 2022, and the passing of all resolutions therein.
