Sterlite Power Transmission Ltd, a part of the Vedanta Group, is awaiting favourable market circumstances before launching its anticipated $1,250 crore initial public offering (IPO).

The timing of the share offering would depend on market demand, valuation, and other available fundraising possibilities, according to managing director Pratik Agarwal.
