- TBI Corn has incorporated a new entity i.e, "AGRIPIVOT VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED [CIN: U46209PN2024PTC232911]". Agripivot Ventures Private Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary company of TBI Corn Limited, therefore the transaction would fall within the related party transaction.
- The nature of the operations of the company is manufacturing and trading of Maize and chemical products. The operations are not commenced yet as it’s a newly incorporated company. The authorized Share Capital: Rs. 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh Only) Paid Share Capital: Rs. 1,00,000 ( Rupees One Lakh Only) In reference to the disclosure made by the company on August 5th, 2024,
