The Sofina, Temasek-backed startup will be paying up a total of Rs 77 crore (about $9.3 million) in the deal, as per a regulatory filing from Freshtrop Fruits, a Rs 250 crore business that was founded in 1992 and listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
