    03 May 2025

Anglo‑French Drugs & Industries (AFDIL) posted a mixed performance for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2025.

    Fourth‑Quarter Highlights (Q4 FY 2025)
    Revenue: ₹25.1cr, up 22.2 % from ₹20.5 crore in Q4 FY 2024.
Net Result: Loss of ₹0.4cr, reversing the ₹3.10 crore profit recorded in the same quarter last year.

    Full‑Year Highlights (FY 2025)
    Revenue: ₹87.8cr, down 7.8 % from ₹95.2cr in FY 2024.
Net Profit:₹7.2cr, a sharp turnaround from the ₹12.3cr loss reported in the previous fiscal year.

Despite a dip in annual sales, AFDIL returned to profitability on a full‑year basis, driven by improved margins and cost controls. However, the March quarter saw a swing to a small loss, suggesting near‑term headwinds that management will need to address.
