Days after a Reddit user claimed Zepto, a quick commerce platform, has a “toxic” work culture, CEO Aadit Palicha, 22, joined the ongoing controversy and joked about work-life balance in a new LinkedIn post. He quoted Daksh Gupta, an Indian-origin CEO in San Fransico, who is receiving criticism for promoting 84-hour workweeks at his AI startup. “I have nothing against work-life balance. In fact, I recommend it to all our competitors,” Palicha wrote on X. See here: I have nothing against work-life balance.
