    AU Small Finance Bank (AU SFB) has teamed up with Niva Bupa Health Insurance to provide its customers with a range of health insurance products, including those from the recently merged Fincare Small Finance Bank. Both new and existing customers will now have access to Niva Bupa's health, personal accident, and critical illness insurance plans. These products will be available across AU SFB’s 2,414 branches in India. The partnership aims to offer affordable, transparent insurance options by leveraging technology and improved services.

    With 210 branches in 22 states and four union territories, Niva Bupa will collaborate with AU SFB to offer personalized health insurance solutions. AU SFB plans to integrate these offerings into its banking services, focusing on customer needs. Uttam Tibrewal, AU SFB's Deputy CEO, emphasized the goal of providing tailored solutions to enhance customer well-being through embedded insurance services. Niva Bupa’s CEO, Krishnan Ramachandran, stressed the importance of expanding distribution to achieve the vision of "Insurance for All by 2047."

    AU SFB, India's largest small finance bank, was founded in 1996 and began banking operations in 2017, serving underserved retail and MSME sectors. Niva Bupa (formerly Max Bupa) is a top health insurance provider in India, offering a wide range of services through its extensive branch and agent network.
