BankBazaar’s efforts at rationalising expenses failed to yield any results, as total expenditures zoomed 40% YoY to INR 196.93 Cr in FY23. Employee benefits jumped 14% YoY to INR 92.58 Cr in FY23, accounting for 47% of the total expenditure. During the fiscal, BankBazaar continued to splurge heavily on promotions as advertising expenses, which jumped more than 27% YoY to INR 18.39 Cr
