The Baramulla District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (Jammu & Kashmir) has held Reliance General Insurance company liable for repudiating the genuine insurance claim of the complainant in an unreasonable manner. The bench presided by President Peerzada Qousar Hussain and Member Nyla Yaseen has observed that non-settlement of claims without any valid grounds
