Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised IKF Finance Limited ("Company") on its latest round of fundraise of approximately ₹ 1,465 Crores.
The round involved primary and secondary investments led by Norwest Capital LLC. Motilal Oswal Private Equity, an existing investor of the Company, exited by selling its existing shareholding to Norwest, and re-invested into the Company.
The firm has also advised Motilal Oswal Private Equity on its exit and re-entry into the Company as part of this round.
The transaction team was led by Vandana Sekhri, Partner; Suvojit Halder, Partner; with support from Darshna Vyas, Senior Associate; and Achyutha G M, Associate.
