The family of Durga Prasad, who was killed on being hit by a speeding water tanker at Madhapur in Hyderabad on Wednesday, is stuck in misery with one of his two children suffering from brain tumour. The family from Kakinada in Andhra Pradesh came in search of a livelihood and is now devastated by the death of the bread winner. “We came from Kakinada last month to eke a living in Hyderabad. Now I lost my husband the sole breadwinner of the family,” Akula Prabhavathi, wife of the deceased Durga Prasad, told NewsTAP on Thursday, expounding her tale of heart-wrenching woes.
