A student from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, recently ordered using three quick-commerce platforms to find out which one delivers the fastest. The results stunned the Internet, prompting a range of reactions on X.
The student placed orders on Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto, the three main players in the quick-commerce domain. The Blinkit app estimated a 13-minute delivery time for her order of two protein bars, while Swiggy Instamart committed to delivering her milk packet in 21 minutes. Zepto, on the other hand, promised to deliver the paneer she ordered in just eight minutes.
