Gaming firm Nazara Technologies seeks to acquire Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd through the insolvency and bankruptcy process, two people aware of the matter said. As part of the corporate insolvency resolution process, Nazara will submit its resolution plan by 9 March to revive the bankrupt firm.
