  • NSE introduces 20% lower price cap for SME IPO pre-open session from August 4

    The National Stock Exchange (NSE) announced on Wednesday that it will implement a new lower price cap of 20 percent below the issue price for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) initial public offerings (IPOs) during the special pre-open session starting August 4. This decision follows a previous circular issued on July 4, 2024, which established an upper cap of 90 percent above the issue price for SME IPOs during the same special pre-open session.​
