Destinations like Coorg and Mussoorie saw exceptional growth, with Coorg experiencing a 28-fold increase in bookings and Mussoorie a 10-fold surge. Additionally, spiritual destinations like Varanasi gained traction, reflecting travelers’ growing interest in peaceful and culturally enriching experiences.

Agarwal pointed out that more people are moving away from traditional favorites like Shimla and Manali, opting instead for unique and meaningful travel experiences. These emerging trends not only reflect a change in consumer priorities but also underscore OYO’s ability to adapt to the evolving hospitality landscape, positioning itself to meet the demands of modern travelers seeking more diverse and personalized journeys.

The CEO also shared that over 1.1 million travelers stayed with OYO worldwide on New Year's Eve, marking a strong start to 2025. He expressed pride in being part of the global celebration and looked forward to more memorable stays in the year ahead. In a separate post, Agarwal highlighted a 41% increase in traffic at 2 am, noting that OYO users are "certified night owls."
