The company will add Mercure Cardiff Holland House, Mercure Walton Hall in Warwick, Mercure Boxhill Burford Bridge in Dorking, Mercure London Staines in Staines, Mercure Exeter Rougemont Hotel in Exeter and Mercure Winchester Wessex in Winchester to its portfolio. The hotels will be refurbished under its Sunday brand.
With an expected international guest ratio exceeding 30%, the hotels are projected to welcome approximately 65,000 foreign visitors annually, contributing significantly to local tourism.
Puneet Yadav, Head – Head of Oravel’s UK business said, “We have focused on diversifying our premium offerings in the UK market. These hotels, each with their own unique character and strong market presence, will allow us to serve both business and leisure travellers, corporate groups, weddings and conferences.”
