Philips India launches the ‘Sleep Saviour’ campaign with it’s channel partners to raise awareness for better sleep health and ensure that patients can access therapy when they need it, especially for Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) in India.
As more people struggle with poor sleep quality, the campaign focuses on expanding reach and providing improved care to patients based on the clinical guidance by their healthcare providers. The campaign aims to reach multiple pharmacy chains and retail outlets, including in Tier 2 and 3 cities in India, making sleep therapy available to patients in need.
As per a recent study by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), approximately 104 million Indians suffer from OSA and not all of them have access to state-of-the-art medical facilities. With FDA-approved wearable devices for OSA screening, more patients are reaching out to their neighborhood chemists and physicians for sleep therapy devices. The ‘Sleep Saviour’ campaign aims to bridge this gap ensuring improved access to care across India, especially in smaller cities. Philips remains committed to making sleep health a key pillar of preventive healthcare, helping people improve their quality of life.
