PhonePe, one of India’s largest digital payments platforms, said on Friday that it has separated from parent e-commerce platform Flipkart in preparation for an initial public offering. As part of this transaction, existing Flipkart Singapore and PhonePe Singapore shareholders have acquired shares directly in PhonePe India.
