PNB MetLife announced on Saturday that it achieved a claim settlement ratio of 99.06% for individual customers and 99.70% for group customers' claims in FY2022-23. The life insurer, which Punjab National Bank promotes, successfully paid 19,768 claims amounting to Rs 829.79 crore.
