PPFAS Asset Management Pvt. Ltd., the investment manager for PPFAS Mutual Fund, announced the appointment of Himanshoo Bohara as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Director, effective August 1, 2024. Bohara brings over two decades of experience in finance and accounting, having most recently served as CFO at ASK Group.

In his new role, Bohara will oversee all financial operations at PPFAS Asset Management Pvt. Ltd., including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning and analysis. He will also play a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction.
