RRP Electronics Limited has secured a 101-acre industrial land parcel in Maharashtra as it accelerates plans to establish a large-scale, integrated semiconductor manufacturing and advanced packaging campus in the state.
The Navi Mumbai-headquartered company has been allocated Industrial Plot No. A-1 in the Khalapur Phase-3 and Expansion Industrial Area. Spread across approximately 101 acres (around 410,000 square metres), the proposed campus is designed to house multiple Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) production lines, advanced wafer-level packaging (WLP) facilities and, subject to regulatory approvals, potential semiconductor fabrication (fab) units.
