Australian neocloud Sharon AI has secured a customer for its AI cloud platform. The agreement with ESDS Software Solutions is valued at $1.25bn and set to span five years. It will see Sharon AI deploy 8,000 GPUs in an Australian data center.
ESDS is an Indian cloud provider offering PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS, as well as managed services. ESDS has the option to extend the agreement by a further two years. The cluster of GPUs set to be deployed by Sharon AI will comprise Nvidia B300s, and will be within one of the data centers in Australia where the company already leases space. Revenue is expected to begin in Q3 2026.
