Food delivery platform Swiggy is the latest company to crack down on password sharing, following the footsteps of Netflix, which recently announced its password sharing policy. The new password sharing policy will come into effect from February 6, 2023. Swiggy has started notifying Swiggy One subscribers, informing them that it is changing the terms and conditions of Swiggy One. This means that the current changes are applicable only to Swiggy One subscribers for now. Swiggy One is the company’s premium subscription service that offers benefits such as free delivery, additional discounts and more. The company currently offers two plans – a quarterly plan and an annual plan. As part of Swiggy One, users get free deliveries on food orders above ₹149, Instamart orders above ₹199, and up to 30% discount on food and dining.
