Waaree Energies' Initia pu ICO ering IPO , w IC opene or subscription on Monday, was subscribed 76.34 times on the final day of the bidding process. The demand was led by a strong response from all categories of investors, including qualified institutional buyers, non-institutional investors and retail investors.The issue received bids for over 160.91 crore shares as against 2.10 crore shares available for subscription, according to data available on NSE. The issue was subscribed 10.79 times by retail individual investors, while the non-institutional investors' (Nlls) portion was booked 62.48 times today. The category set aside for qualified institutional buyers (QIB) was subscribed 208.63 times on day three. The employee quota saw 5.17 times subscription. The grey market premium (CMP) of the company stood at æ1,375, continuing the upward trend seen in the last few days.
