The company is a stockbroker. Stockbroking business is a technology-driven business, where companies have to generate heavy volumes to earn more revenues without spending much on employees and administration. The company has two streams of revenue i.e. Brokerage income and Depository income. Under Brokerage income, it earns its revenues from Cash Segment trading & Derivative Segment trading. The Cash segment trading takes place on NSE as well as on BSE where as Derivative segment trading takes place only on NSE. The company has to add more clients in order to generate trading volumes to boost its revenues and hence its profit to improve its margins. The operating efficiency of the company has been stagnant in the past and has shown a dramatic increase in FY20 but due to a rise in other income of the company. The operating income of the company has been flat over the past two years
