The majority of the company's activities revolve around investing in listed and unlisted stock shares, corporate debt instruments, and mutual funds. Certain investments in equity instruments and mutual funds may be acquired and sold to maintain appropriate liquidity

The company is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange. In 2013, the promoters offered to delist the company and buy back the minority's 20.0% stake for Rs. 11,455 per share. On 28th March 2022, the promoters tried delisting again at Rs. 1,61,023 but yet again failed.
