Analyzing the existing capacity of that period and envisaging future needs he realized the potential and the pressing need for hi- quality 'equal to international standards' empty hard gelatin capsules for both the domestic and international pharmaceutical companies. In 1983 Healthcaps India was incorporated to provide hi-quality, hi-reliability empty hard gelatin capsules to the rapidly growing pharma industry.
