Although operational revenue witnessed a marginal decline (-3% y-o-y) in FY23, total revenue increased to ₹ 12.2 Cr (+1.8% y-o-y). The bottom line however soared by 36% y-o-y in FY23 hitting a record of ₹ 1.8 Cr.
A bird's eye view of business shows rising ROE in FY23 owing to improvement in bottom line margins (7.4% in FY23 vs 5.9% in FY22). However, business is heavy in nature and therefore is characterized by low Asset turns (40% avg) and high leverage (asset by equity avg 115%+)
The company is a joint collaboration between Indian Oil and Adani Ports and has a wide range of maruee clientele both domestic (IOT, IOCL, Cairn India, ISPRL) as well as offshore (Sohar, OFDJELL, IL&FS-UAE etc.).
