About Incred Holdings

  • InCred Holdings Limited (formerly KKR Capital Markets India Ltd) is a Mumbai-based financial services holding company. It was incorporated in 2011 and is a SEBI-registered merchant banker. In July 2022, the company unified its structure by merging KKR India Financial Services into its business, and rebranded as InCred. The holding company arranges debt issuances (bonds, listed or unlisted) through private placements to institutional investors. It also provides merchant banking advisory and underwriting for debt deals.
