HDB Financial Services notice of 16th Annual General Meeting

16th Annual General Meeting of HDB Financial Services Limited is scheduled on Friday, 30th of June 2023 to discuss the following points:-

1. To approve appointment of Mr. Arijit Basu as a part-time non-executive chairman & independent director of the company

2. To approve selling, assignment, securitization of receivables/book debts of the company upto Rs 7,500 Cr.

3. Authority to issue redeemable non-convertible debentures and/or other instruments on private placement basis.
