Bank of Baroda intends to sell part of its equity shareholding in National Stock Exchange of India Limited i.e. up to 21,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each, through a competitive bidding process to be submitted by the eligible buyers. The Reserve Price (i.e. Minimum Price to bid) is Rs. 3,150. The date of advertisement is on Monday, June 05, 2023. The last date of submission of Bid is on Monday, July 10, 2023 & the date of opening of bids is on Tuesday, July 11, 2023.
