Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Company Ltd (KMAMC), acting as the investment manager for Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund, is offering to sell up to 19,73,000 unlisted equity shares of Chennai Super Kings Cricket Ltd. held by the Kotak Equity Savings Fund. Interested and eligible investors are invited to submit their expressions of interest or bids by sending an email to csk@kotak.com by September 30, 2024. The bids will be valid for 30 days from the bid closure date.
