Order in the matter of Panasonic AVC share capital reduction petition

The applications were filed subsequently by Neelam Khattri (Intervenor), and then by ADI LIM BILIMORA (objector), under Rule 11 of the National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016 seeking prayers for the dismissal of the Petition filed by the petitioner company for reduction of share capital under Section – 66 of Companies Act, 2013.
