After a two-day placement drive held in the ITI auditorium, 260 students from ITI Berhampur were hired by Lava International, a renowned mobile device firm with headquarters in Noida. This has helped the government of India's Skill India project, which intends to give over 40 crore young people adequate training in market-relevant skills by the end of this year.
