  • Revenue and Profitability- The company's revenue increased by 7%, from Rs. 383 cr in FY23 to Rs. 411 cr in FY24, fueled by higher sales of both manufactured products and traded goods. This revenue growth resulted in an 8% rise in profits, from Rs. 27 cr in FY23 to Rs. 29 cr in FY24. However, despite the increase in profits, the EPS declined by 3%, falling from Rs. 85 in FY23 to Rs. 82 in FY24.
  • Financial position- The company's asset base expanded by 40%, rising from Rs. 229 cr in FY23 to Rs. 306 cr in FY24, primarily due to an increase in property, plant, and equipment, as well as trade receivables of the company. Meanwhile, total equity increased from Rs. 91 cr in FY23 to Rs. 175 cr in FY24, driven by the issuance of equity shares through private placement.
  • Future Prospects- The company remains committed to retaining its existing customers while actively forging new partnerships, demonstrating the ongoing trust and confidence of its clientele. It believes that the auto component industry is poised to grow faster than the overall automotive sector in the medium to long term.
